Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to make billing clear before you pay and make subscriptions straightforward to manage.
Effective on publication
Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period shown in your account.
Individual course purchases
An individual purchase unlocks the selected course. If you made a duplicate purchase, cannot access paid content, or believe a payment was taken in error, contact support so we can investigate.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility can depend on the purchase type, use of digital content, payment date and rights that apply where you live. Send requests promptly with the email used for payment and the course or plan name. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
